Bug Description
at the moment the only choice is to use ceph for everything or not use ceph at all. Cinder should be able to serve iscsi volumes while cinder-backup backs them in ceph or on nfs server, and glance stores images swift.

This is a feature request. The deadline for features for Kolla Newton expired September 15th. Please file a blueprint in Ocata. We may also be going to a lightweight specs system in Ocata - depending on how the Ocata PTL wants to handle features.
