Opacity of a hidden layer is cleared when re-opened.

Bug Description

A hidden layer is not hidden and the opacity is reset to zero when the file is re-opened.

Version : 1.6 ( on ubuntu )

What file type are you using? Can you please write exact step-by-step how to reproduce a problem?

I am experiencing this problem too.

This is happening with .ora files, version 1.6

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a file with multiple layers
2. Uncheck visibility for one layer
3. Save
4. Close
5. Open the file again
6. Double-click on the above selected layer
-> The selected layer shows as visible, with opacity set to 0

So far I have been able to reproduce this 100%

It looks like this got fixed already in https://github.com/PintaProject/Pinta/commit/dcb5c7af2b5c2a18f452431405b54dae8a2c90d7 for bug 1377566, so this will be fixed in the upcoming Pinta 2.1 release
