    Use delorean rabbitmq

    For centos, we should be using the RDO repositories to provide
    rabbitmq-server. This version is updated with bug fixes and provides
    a more stable experience then using rabbitmq.com builds.

liberty branch is removed. so remove affect liberty branch.

And i do not think it is a good idea to upgrade rabbitmq on a stable branch ( mitaka ). i will mark it as won't fix.
