Changing pkglibdir should rebuild ikarus-main.o and relink ikarus

Bug Description

The -DBOOTFILE="$pkglibdir/ikarus.boot" flag changes from one call to configure to the next, but the rules in src/Makefile.am do not say that ikarus-main.o and ikarus should be rebuilt (ikarus-main.c is the only place that references BOOTFILE). Is adding a dependency to the Makefile the right way to fix this?
