Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. Suspend your laptop by closing the lid
2. Open the lid and enter password at lock screen
3. When the desktop comes back up, a dialog appears that says "Authentication is required to refresh the system sources"
4. After either entering your password or cancelling the dialog, the dialog reappears 3 more times.
Expected results:
No dialog appears when resuming from suspend.
