Bug Description
When there were provision of node via release plugin with commands:
fuel --env-id 15 node set --node 1 --role fuel_plugin_
fuel node --node 1 --provision --env 15
there were error in astute:
2016-09-07 15:13:46 DEBUG [17538] Process message from worker queue:
[nil]
2016-09-07 15:13:46 ERROR [17538] Error on sending message 'task in orchestrator': undefined method `[]' for nil:NilClass
Expected:
Node is in provisioned state and can be deployed.
