ConjunctiveGraph has not get_context method

Bug Description

Summary says all. BackwardsCompatGraph has get_context, this is very handy.
ConjunctiveGraph doesn't, and you have to do something like:

subgraph=rdflib.Graph(new_context, store=biggraph.store)
