Bug Description

Hello.

MOS should uses Timmy for collecting logs when you click on the "Generate Diagnostic snapshot" button in the Fuel Dashboard. Now it still uses Shotgun.

Reproduce:
1. install fuel RC2 #495
2. create repo file
cat /etc/yum.repos.d/foo1.repo
[f001]
name=Foo1
baseurl=http://mirror.fuel-infra.org/mos-repos/centos/mos9.0-centos7/proposed/x86_64/
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0

3. yum update
4. rebuild bootstrap `fuel-bootstrap build --verbose --debug --activate --label 'new-bootstrap'`
5. Deploy stack.
6. Collect logs with "Generate Diagnostic snapshot" button in the Fuel Dashboard.
Last step executes the Shotgun command, not the Timmy.

New how to install https://mirantis.jira.com/wiki/display/QA/MOS+9.1+installation does not work, for today 6 sep 2016.

Thank You.

First of all, please do not use private resources at LaunchPad.

Secondly, you use an outdated procedure for update (please, see the latest page update), for now fuel-bootstrap command is not used.

Please, try to use new steps, then check again snapshots creating and if it fails modify the bug description with new info.
