Bug Description
Nailgun returns 404 on a try to get a list of repos for the specified release because there is no such handler in it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. The 9.1 Fuel Master node
2. Run the next command
fuel2 release repos list
Expected results:
This command prints a set of repositories.
Actual result:
Nailgun responses with an error:
404 Client Error: Not Found for url: http://
