Silly little bug: wrong inventory tooltip

Bug Description

See picture: a tooltip that belongs to one of the tabs can show when the cursor's over a specific ware (which has it's name displayed at the bottom of the window). This happens in warehouse/port/economy option/... windows, when the cursor leaves the window through the top showing the tooltip, and then enters from the side or bottom, and as long as the cursor doesn't touch the tab buttons again.
