View centered on zenith - restart after save

Bug Description
In 0.15.0 (64-bit under Win 7 using ANGLE mode), setting the view to center on the zenith (Shift-Z) and saving that setting leads to chaotic rotation in azimuth on restart or Go to Home (Ctrl-H). The chaotic rotation stops on pressing Shift-Z again. G. Zotti answered, "Before 0.15 it was not possible to center zenith, it requires some contorted manoevres. Simply storing currently breaks those."
