Bug Description
This issue only found in SRU,
for some special device that doesn't run X server, this job will failed:
(test:5019): Gtk-WARNING **: cannot open display:
A quick thought on possible fix:
To have X server resource job
Add external_webcam as dependency or resource job, this could also fix system that doesn't have external_webcam plugged
