Murano dashboard package details rendering

The Murano application details page in the Dashboard appears to be missing a field for a detailed package description.

It seems that the application overview tab is only intended for one or two lines of text from the manifest file without any formatting.

Packages need to provide more detailed documentation with a level of text formatting that users can access in the dashboard. Ideally, supporting content in markdown format from the manifest file (or another package file) would enable headings, paragraphs, lists, bold, italic, underline, web links, etc.

We are on Mitaka.
