Warning message re creativecommons displays in Mahara Dashboard

I got the following message from Mahara dashboard when Creative Commons license block is added from Page

Can you please provide the steps that you took? I can't verify the issue. Are you on an upgraded database?

Encountered while testing at php7 (Firefox and Safari Saucelab)

Steps:

Edit page>Add Creative Commons license block> Warning message will display

Remove Creative Commons license block previously added>Warning message will disappear

I run the scenario again today, but it seems that the issue have been fixed.
Above issue does not exist anymore
