Bug Description

Bug description:
Currently after installing mos 8.0 with mu 3 and adding experimental group(Enable glance artifact repository) there is no core library in the murano packages after deployment of the cluster. Core library should be in the glance artifact repository but it can be found in the murano MySQL base

Steps to reproduce:
1. deploy mos 8.0 master node
2. before deploying env add mu-3 for the env:
    2.1 open tab 'Settings' in UI
    2.2 add in Repositories item with Name = 'repo'
                                        URI = 'deb http://mirror.seed-us1.fuel-infra.org/mos-repos/ubuntu/snapshots/8.0-latest mos8.0-proposed main restricted'
                                        Priority = 1050
    2.3 click 'Save settings'
    2.4 open tab 'Networks'
    2.5 click 'Verify Networks' and after successful result of checking click 'Deploy Changes' on 'Dashboard'.

3. deploy cluster with next configs(in the OpenStack services install Sahara, Murano, Ceilometer; use next nodes config: see screen shot)
4. add experimental group(/etc/fuel/astute.yaml) and restart docker nailgun
5. in the fuel ui enable glance artifact repository
6. redeploy env
7. go to the horizon ui. go to Murano > Manage > Package definitions

Expected result:
core library is there

Actual results:
there is no core library

But you can find core library in the MySQL Murano database

Hi Murano team, could you please take a look?

It looks like we need to update Murano packages or puppet manifests to avoid such issues.

Alexander and Dmitry is ready tom provide the environment.
