Bug Description

Please, upgrade openshot to version 2.10 from August 2016. They offer a PPA with .deb files. See http://www.openshot.org/ppa/

Note, version 2.1 is found in the package openshot-qt.

Could someone with more up to date info on this package help out determine what needs to be done with openshot and openshot-qt, both regarding 2.1 and 1.4? Thanks

please consider updating this the the qt version. qt version runs native on Unity8

openshot 2.4 is available in Ubuntu 18.04 Alpha (as openshot-qt).

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS will be released in late April.
