unable to get summary for deployment task

Currently there is no way to get a summary of executed tasks from Fuel CLI. But this summary is really useful, e.g. for noop run feature. We should be able to run:

fuel env nodes deploy --nodes 1 -e 1 --noop --force

and then get summary from this task:

fuel deployment-tasks --tid <id> --include-summary --status (ready, running, ...)

This summary will represent result of Noop run.

Since old fuel CLI is deprecated it is only possible to bring this feature to fuel2, if it's not already there.

The fixes are available only for master branch. Need to prepare the fix for stable/mitaka branch as well to fix it in MOS 9.1

    Use filter for raw_report only with log events (such as what was
