Bug Description
With the addition of the Tribal Encyclopedia (yay!), a small error has crept in the first tutorial: The message button is no longer the rightmost one on the panel.
This is too late with respect to the translators, isn't it?

I think it's justified to break string freeze for this, because the information is wrong.
