Bug Description
TCP throughput from guest VM: 11Gbps (corresponding kernel mod: 20Gbps)
TCP throughput via VNF (service-chain): 3Gbps (corresponding kernel mod: 7Gbps)
TX errors are seen incrementing on tap interfaces.

This should be fixed in 4.0 with the GRO/GSO changes. Can you please verify?
