2seconds delay starting apps from the launcher
arale/rc-proposed r410
starting apps from the app launcher adds a 2s or more to the starting time compared to the Apps scope. what you see is the app starting animation (app sliding from the right edge) is 2s+ delayed, so for the first 2s+ nothing happens, you don't get any visual feedback
