swift-object-reconstructor service doesn't have upstart scripts in Ubuntu UCA swift packages

Bug Description

We use OpenStack upstream puppet manifests to deploy OpenStack Mitaka release and we found the following error with Swift installation from Ubuntu UCA repository:

So, our puppet manifests failed with the error:
(/Stage[main]/Openstack_tasks::Swift::Proxy_storage/Service[swift-object-reconstructor]) Could not evaluate: Could not find init script or upstart conf file for 'swift-object-reconstructor'

Sorry, we will fix this in our manifests.
