UI does not show properly running transaction

Bug Description

UI expects that name of super task will be 'deploy'.
The name of master transaction is 'deployment', so UI cannot handle running transactions properly.
steps to reproduce.

create environment.
go to on master node and execute following commands:
fuel2 graph upload -t provision -d /etc/fuel/graph/provision
fuel2 graph execute -e <environment id> -t provision default

Goto UI and check that UI shows running transaction properly.

Changed name of supertask deploy

    UI expects that name of supertask is deploy.
    Also create supertask in running state to improve
    responsibility of UI.
    Added dry_run and graph_type to task serialization output
