Bug Description

This is a copy of http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=75235:

buf_page_io_complete does not need to try ibuf merge for just read-in page if it's not a secondary index leaf page.

This should also help with bug 1616392 / http://bugs.mysql.com/bug.php?id=82798
