Lubuntu16.04-32bit on EeePc, No "Shut Down" with GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX = "acpi=off"

Bug Description

In phase of installation is necessary to choose

                                  F6 --> "ACPI=OFF"

in order that the machine can start installing Lubuntu 16.04-32bit.

Afterwards that Lubuntu has been installed, If I try to shut down the machine, I have the following bug:

1) disk and system --> OFF (shut down)
2) screen --> ON

3) Now if you push power button, the machine is going completely in OFF
   (screen is off too)

CPU: Intel Atom CPU N270; 1.60 GHz
RAM: 1GB
SCSI DISK: ATA

BOOT SETTING:

Advanced Settings -->

    ATA/IDE Configuration[Compatible/Enhanced] --> "COMPATIBLE"

    Max CPUID Value Limit = [Enabled/Disabled] --> "DISABLE"

Is this still a problem with the latest Lubuntu Next image?

For now, I will mark this as Incomplete as there is not enough information to reproduce this bug.
