Bug Description

Following recently added common-services functional test cases are using old legacy non-TOSCA templates [1][2]. They need to switch using equivalent TOSCA templates available in [3].

I think this bug is no more valid, As there are no functional testcases specific to the events. Please confirm whether this should be marked to invalid ?

@Manikantha - yes, functional tests for events are incorporated into existing functional tests. This bug is invalid.
