Searchlight UI - Polling causes results to jump around after taking an action

On an instance, I can boot, reboot, etc on instances and then will have the result I'm looking at and just changed disappear in the list and move to another place in the list. This creates a disorienting experience.

We probably should consider turning polling to opt-in (disabled by default) or investigate whether or not the track-by is correct.

I noted this at the time but there's not an easy solution. One thing that we discussed was doing polling only on changes when you've prompted a change (so just altering results for things you've done) and/or doing the polling but use them to put up a notification ('there have been changes made that may affect these results') rather than automatically refreshing.
