Please merge neverball 1.4.0-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

All Ubuntu changes are now merged into Debian latest version. I checked it myself at SVN. The icon isn't mentioned in changelog, but it's added to desktop files and debian/menu too.

Changelog since current hardy version 1.4.0-2ubuntu3:

neverball (1.4.0-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * debian/rules: Fix permissions of neverputt data files.
  * debian/patches/stereo_sound.patch: Set sound channels to stereo.
    (Closes: #389749, #410489)
  * Added desktop files for neverball and neverputt. (Closes: #439538)
  * debian/control:
    + Added Homepage field.
    + neverball and neverputt now suggest each other.
  * Added a README.Debian to explain the neverball/neverputt split.
  * Include information about environment variables in manpages.

It can be synced when 1.4.0-4 is released at Debian. Bashism is fixed at svn for now...

The only problem or change is the bashism at Debian, but it's now fixed at SVN, so it's better to wait for another version and do a merge for it. I think...
