Bug Description
On the clone operation the cluster_upgrade extension does not return new assigned VIPs.
Steps to reproduce:
1. MOS Cloud 7.0 with the 9.1 Fuel Master node
2. Created an upgrade release:
<release_id> = fuel2 release clone <orig_env_id> <release_id>
3. Create an upgrade environment:
<new_env_id> = octane upgrade-env <orig_env_id> <release_id>
4. Upgrade a primary controller:
octane upgrade-node --isolated <new_env_id> <primary_
Expected results:
The primary controller node successfully upgraded and relocated in the upgrade environment in the isolation mode.
Actual result:
The command fails on a try to execute:
fuel2 --debug env copy vips 2
