Does this happen only when HDR is activated?
Is the image completely black or just very dark but still coming from the camera?

As pointed by Florian, the version of camera-app provided in the logs is an old one. The version in the ticket is 3.0.0.659. With the silo installed, and the provided click package, I cannot reproduce the problem shown in the video, not even with the HDR enabled.

@fboucault, it is still happening with 3.0.0.659. These were the steps taken:

1º Open camera for the first time
2º Accept prompt
3º Enable HDR, select high quality picture and select grid
4º Reboot
5º Open camera and check the image is dark almost black.

Please note that in this test I'm in a room where the sun is not hitting directly. If once the camera is running I point to the wall, the image is completely black, on the other hand if I point it to the window the image is dark but not black. At the time you tap over the screen to focus, it starts taking the light properly and the image is showed fine.
