Bug Description
ZGELQF can give incorrect sign to output values for complex inputs. This problem did not arise in lapack 3.2.1 and earlier. Problem occurs in versions 3.4.0 to 3.6.1 (current). I suspect issue arose when subroutine calls ->ZGELQ2 -> ZLARFP were replaced by calls to ->ZGELQ2 -> ZLARFG. ZLARFP.f no longer exists in versions 3.4.0 to 3.6.1.
This problem may be the same as reported outside of this forum by Kosaku Nagasaka (2014-02-05)
