Show unit count in the "APP" status table

Bug Description
In the status output we have the APP table. Please update the columns as follows:
- add a UNITS column showing current/desired (i.e. 3/5)
- add a NOTES column where we put things like 'exposed' and possibly other things in future
- it would be comma-separated tags like 'exposed'
- therefor we can remove the EXPOSED column
- switch order of CHARM and ORIGIN please
- rename ORIGIN to STORE

On further thought, instead of UNITS can we call that column SCALE.
