Bug Description

PS 5.6 trunk:

perfschema.setup_instruments_defaults w4 [ fail ]
        Test ended at 2016-08-23 19:55:16

CURRENT_TEST: perfschema.setup_instruments_defaults
mysqltest: At line 82: query 'SELECT * FROM performance_schema.setup_instruments
WHERE name like "%wait/io/table/sql/handler%"' failed: 1053: Server shutdown in progress

For some reason the testcase uses async "send_shutdown" instead of include files to restart server, creating a race condition
