Bug Description

Use case:
System Settings communicates with the ofono dbus API to manipulate settings and perform actions on the ofono modem manager or individual sim cards.

What happens:
Can't find an interface in snapd/interfaces/builtin/

What should happen:
An interface should exist, giving System Settings access to the ofono dbus API.

This certainly makes sense, but given our current plans, this isn't a high-priority interface in the short term.

The ofono interface is available in 2.20.
