[murano][dashboard] filter by name works incorrect for the applications of the app catalog

Bug description:
It is possible to store applications and components in the OpenStack Application Catalog available in Cloud's Horizon UI. Applications of the OpenStack Application Catalog can be sorted by name. But it can sorted in 3 ways(from 'a' to 'z', from 'z' to 'a', from 'h' to .. ) instead of 2 ways(from 'a' to 'z', from 'z' to 'a').

Steps to reproduce:
1) deploy devstack with murano and application catalog ui plugin
2) after deployment go to the horizon
3) go to project > catalog > application. make the list of the applications.
4) click to the "name" to sort the applications

Expected results:
it can be sorted from 'a' to 'z' and from 'z' to 'a'

Actual results:
the same as expected results and see the screenshot
