Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set custom keyboard shortcut in System->Preferences->Hardware->Keyboard Shortcuts
Name: Screenshot of area
Command: mate-screenshot -a
Shortcut: <Shift>+<PrintSreen>
2. Try to make screenshot of area with shortcut <Shift>+<PrintSreen>.

Expected results:
Screenshot is made, 'Save screenshot' window is opened.

Actual results:
Screenshot did not made, 'Save screenshot' window did not opened.

Got this bug again on fresh installation of Ubuntu MATE 16.04.3.
What is interesting: if I add `-i` to `mate-screenshot -a` it works as expected (but opens interactive window).

In 17.10 mate-screeshot accepts <Shift+PrintScreen> for taking screenshot of area. Great. Thank you!

Still happens on Ubuntu MATE 20.04 LTS. The workaround is to set shortcut for the below custom command

"/bin/sh -c 'sleep .1;mate-screenshot -a'"
