Cannot add tenant network to distributed router

Core plugin for neutron 'vmware_nsx.plugin.NsxVPlugin'
NSXv parametrs(in section [nsxv]):
tenant_router_types = distributed

If attempt to add tennant network to router - i get error:

Reproduce:
1) Add router in horizon with external network
2) Attach to router tenant network
