Bug Description

Having failed to use Telegram I am still receiving notification pop ups, but Telegram will not open. I saw a pop up notifying me that after 6 months inactivity it will delete the account, but I cannot open the app in UT to re-activate or make a new account it just closes itself. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing to see if I could sign into a new account but no. I can open Telegram as an app or webapp and use my UT sim enabled phone to confirm a phone number but it still will not open on UT.
