Wanting to change setting for texmode of emacs i change a file in /usr/share/emacs/24.5/lisp/textmodes

Namely it was tex-mode.el.gz

There was also a tex-mode.elc

After changing the something within the file the tex-mode.elc has disappeared and emacs has stopped working.

So i deleted the textmodes directory entirely because i thought by removing and reinstalling emacs all this directory is brought back in the default way.

Since then the dependencies are screwed up, emacs is working, but apt autoremove tells there are removable objects but some dependencies or missing dependencies make the autoremove not work.
