Mint-Y Theme is not consistent after High Contrast

Bug Description
1) LM 18 Cinnamon
2) I was in Mint-Y Dark theme.
Then i switched on High Contrast in visual aids in Accessiblity.
To reproduce : Set Mint-Y Dark theme. Then go to Accessibilty-> Visual -> set High Contrast ON. Then set High Contrast OFF.
3) Now i switched off High Contrast, but my theme is completely changed.
4) I expected the earlier dark theme will be displayed.
5) The problem happens, everytime i tried it.
