Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to project -> volumes panel
2. Click create volume
3. Select "image" as the volume source and choose an image
4. Note that the Total Gibibytes chart doesn't reflect the selected image size

The Total Gibibytes chart should show the selected image size in green.

I couldn't recreate this. The chart should reflect the "Size" field, which it appears to do so fine for me. 1GB shouldn't show well in a 1000 length line chart, but if I up to 20, for example, the green bar shows fine.

In my screenshot, the max Total Gibibytes is 10GB so 1GB should show a green bar in the line chart. I confirmed that this issue only appears when the user selects an image when the modal pops up. If the size is changed manually, the line chart will show the green bar fine.

I tested with the master branch (queens).
I see this issue not only when creating a volume from an image but also when creating a volume without any source. The gigabyte bar is only updated after the volume size is updated. The field is pre-populated with 1GB. I think "Total Gigabytes" bar needs to have 1GB green bar by default.

Ying, could you recheck the situation and update the status (or the bug title) accordingly? I am not sure what I see is a same problem or not.
