konsole does not show icons in linux mint 18 64bit

Bug Description
I am using Linux mint 18, and konsole works fine, but it does not show icons.
Usually with konsole is necessary to install kde-runtime and kde-runtime-data packages. These packages are installed too, but icons do not show.

I have just upgraded to mint 18.1 and I also have this problem
