cannot connect BT speaker to laptop running unity8

Bug Description

Laptop running unity8::

No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu Yakkety Yak (development branch)

HW: Toshiba portege Z30-A12T | Intel i5+intel graphics | SSD hd

BT speaker: Avrha Strauss P/N:11BQALT01

Steps to reproduce:

1º On your laptop running unity8, go to System settings>Bluetooth and turn it on
2º Turn on your BT speaker as well(on this model just press the BT button a few seconds for being discoverable)
3º After a few seconds BT speaker should be found by the laptop, but it doesn't

Current result: Laptop can discover and pair with Utouch and android devices, but is not seeing the BT speaker

Expected result: Laptop should discover and be able to pair BT speakers

Right now, after installing latest Yakkety ISO 20161008, discover BT devices is not working at all.
