Please sync cassbeam 1.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

As of today, Ubuntu is in Feature Freeze. You'll need to request an exception if you want this in Ubuntu 16.10.

slangasek gave the ok for this to be synced since it has to be reviwed by ~ubuntu-archive before being accepted into Ubuntu anyway. So I synced to Ubuntu's new queue.
