Bug Description
Currently the keystone charm does not install the LDAP packages even when the LDAP related config values are set.
Make sure all LDAP packages are installed for the solution to work.

The LDAP related options on the keystone charm has been deprecated and should no longer be used.
This functionality has been implemented in a subordinate charm keystone-ldap [0] that makes use of Keystone Domain-specific configuration [1].
