xfce4 doesn't work well with libreoffice

xfce4 doesn't work well with libreoffice, after I change the fonts, libreoffice's menus are blank and I cannot see changes in document I make.

It seems to be rendering issue, as it seems to work properly (despite blank menus etc.)
