Octane does not encounter Ironic VIP

Ironic VIP is not copied during Fuel 7.0 to Fuel 8.0 upgrade as it is not in public/management network.

It is expected that Ironic VIP (for "ironic/baremetal" network role) is also cloned during cloning of the environment. But it doesn't happen.

Probably, newer versions are also affected.

Seems to be invalid for 8.0 as Fuel 7.0 does not have Ironic feature in its core. Need to check for later versions.

So, VIP address for Ironic is not copied but it is re-created so it can be different from what was defined during deployment.

Change baremetal VIP may cause problems with ironic provisioning.
At least firewall rules and API endpoints required for ironic depends on baremetal VIP.
Baremetal VIP should be kept or all configs for all ironic services should be updated.
