I have tried to install 16.04 and the tuners don't work, i can scan channels fine but when viewing live tv all tuners are currently busy.
So i installed 14.04.5 everything works, try to upgrade to 0.28 and the install locks up i waited 12 hours before rebooting I try to finish the update and I get Configuration file '/etc/mysql/conf.d/mythtv.cnf' Modified (by you or by a script) since installation with options. this is my 3rd attempt at get 0.28 installed and I always get all tuners are currently busy.
I tried to install fresh 16.04 5 times with the same results.
