Bug Description
I have frieza OTA-12 device & got Microsoft Wi-Fi Display Adapter (Version 2) just for that kid.
The tablet successfully found an adapter, but insta-fail(not even any progression delay on connection attempt).

The implementation in OTA 12 for frieza is quite bugy. We landed a few fixes in rc-proposed now. Can you please retest once OTA 13 is released?
