I don't know how packagekit/appcenter handles updates to config files. apt prompts you if you want to keep the existing one or install the newer one. So for this blacklist, I would prefer that they were individual blacklists unless we know for certain packagekit would install future updates of 1 mega blacklist.

Sounds like we should filter these and add them to "OS Updates":

* compulsory_for_desktop
* console-application

So were is one problem: Apparently the blacklist is mainly wanted to hide all those terminal apps such as Vim, Htop, etc. But 2 things i have against it:

- Maintaining such a list
- Adding another cycle for every item on the list since it would need to compare it's name against the list of blacklisted apps....

If the appdata has an entry for command line, we should just use that instead. It would hide most of the apps we need to without adding too many compassions. And hidden apps should update under OS Upgrades
