Bug Description

Detailed bug description:
Image creation hangs in status 'SAVING' after reboot of all nodes

Found on CI:
    https://product-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/9.x.system_test.ubuntu.bonding_ha/28/console

Test: Deploy cluster with active-backup bonding and Neutron VLAN
Test Group: deploy_bonding_neutron_vlan

Steps to reproduce:
        1. Create cluster
        2. Add 3 nodes with controller role
        3. Add 1 node with compute role and 1 node with cinder role
        4. Setup bonding for all interfaces (including admin interface
           bonding)
        5. Run network verification
        6. Deploy the cluster
        7. Run network verification
        8. Run OSTF
        9. Save network configuration from slave nodes
        10. Reboot all environment nodes
        11. Verify that network configuration is the same after reboot
        12. Run network verification
        13. Run OSTF

Expected results:
All OSTF test are passed after reboot all environment nodes (step 13)
Actual result:
Failed 2 OSTF tests. Names of failed tests:
  - Check create, update and delete image actions using Glance v2 (failure) Error creating image.
  - Launch instance, create snapshot, launch instance from snapshot (error)

Description of the environment:
    9.1 snapshot #136

Tatyana,

I checked the logs and there is nothing Nova/Glance specific in this problem:

http://paste.openstack.org/show/567482/

^ as I understand, a PUT request to Swift objects server timed out, which caused subsequent test failures.

Are you sure you have enough memory and not run into swap?
